It is your responsibility to get the bike back to ourselves for any warranty work to be carried out. All new motorbikes and scooters are covered for a minimum of 2 Parts and labour dependant on the make and model. Alarms/Heated Grips will not covered under our warranty. This is due to the nature of the design and the exposure of the alarms/heated grips to the elements of the weather. We understand it helps with safety/comfort and reduces insurance premiums, but as its a design fault by the manufacturers, we don't take any responsibility, we may even remove the alarms prior to the bike being released if found faulty.
